The rules to this league are: - Must be 4star at most - No selection of players rated 84+ at any position - Attack, Mid, or Defense group-ratings must be no higher than 79 - Team limited to 18 players - Highest 11 rated players must AVERAGE a rating no higher than 78.5 - 12th-14th highest rated players must have ratings no higher than 74 - 15th-18th highest rated players must have ratings no ...
